If you're a two camera shooter, what do you do with your other camera? It doesn't look like you can use another camera with any other type of strap, including the R-strap, without it getting in the way?

With two cameras it depends on how you hold the second camera. I usually have my second camera on a regular strap over my left shoulder so it doesnt interfere with with R-Strap to my right. I have also seen guys with 2 R-Straps going in opposite directions, one for each camera.
